My name is Denis Hotza. I work in construction because I care about one thing above all else: creating projects that will not become problems in the future.

After years of experience—seeing projects delayed, overcomplicated, or "value-engineered" into disappointment—I chose a better path: carefully engineered construction using galvanized steel frame systems, combined with modern panel and MEP systems, delivered with clear communication and personal, hands-on involvement at every stage.

At the same time, we are the exclusive official representatives of OCM, a company specializing in building panel systems that deliver high thermal and acoustic performance.

With the right team of architects, civil engineers, and construction crews, we take on each project from the very beginning through to final delivery.

My clients often want a home or a hotel project exactly as they have envisioned it—but they also want certainty: realistic timelines, materials with proven performance, durability over time and use, and a builder who treats the project as if it were their own.
